Dr Martin Noltze
Dr Martin Noltze joined DEval in 2012 and currently works as a Senior Evaluator at the Competence Centre Methods on the development and management of cutting-edge evaluation designs in the context of complex evaluations. In the course of his scientific career Martin Noltze has previously worked for different research projects at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development and the Faculty of Geography, University of Göttingen, Germany. Holding different positions as a research associate Martin Noltze focused on the evaluation of development programmes in urban and rural contexts of developing countries. Over the years he has been involved in comprehensive field work activities applying quantitative and qualitative data collection tools and analytical methods. Martin Noltze holds a MSc in economic geography (since 2009) and a PhD in agricultural economics (since 2012).
