The DEval Opinion Monitor 2026

The DEval Opinion Monitor 2026 focuses on the attitudes of the German population towards development policy and development cooperation (DC). DEval is examining the indicators established in the previous Opinion Monitor studies regarding the opinions, knowledge and engagement of the general public in the topic area. The influence of information on attitudes towards development policy, the support for different motives for DC, reservations about DC, and the stability of the relevant attitudes are analysed in focus analyses.
