Our Evaluations

The third phase of the DEval Opinion Monitor for Development Policy focuses on citizens’ engagement in development policy in Germany – in particular, donations to development policy organisations and sustainable consumption.

This evaluative study examines the German Official Development Assistance (ODA) funds that different partner countries obtain, which instruments are used and which sectors are involved. The aim is to provide reliable evidence of allocation patterns.

The objective of the interdepartmental evaluation is to conduct an independent and comprehensive analysis and assessment of the two ministries' engagement in Iraq.

Programmes are an important instrument of bilateral German development cooperation. The evaluation sets out to generate findings on the results orientation and evaluability of development cooperation programmes, identify needed improvements and provide pointers for developing an evaluation format at programme level.
