Felix Leßke
Felix Leßke has been an evaluator at DEval in the evaluation of Support to Assisted Voluntary Return and Reintegration by the BMZ since October 2022. Previously, he was a research assistant at the Chair of Empirical Social Research (Prof. Dr. Jörg Blasius) at the University of Bonn from 2016 to 2022, where he taught in the subject areas of social science methods and statistics, sociological theory, and refugee and migration studies. From 2016 to 2020, he also worked as a research assistant in the Cologne Refugee Studies at the University of Cologne under the direction of Prof. Dr. Jürgen Friedrichs. In October 2022, he submitted his PhD thesis entitled "Refugees in Social Space - An Empirical Study of Refugee Migration and Integration in the Context of Pierre Bourdieu's Theory" to the University of Bonn. His professional focus is on empirical social research, migration and integration studies, urban and spatial research, and relational sociological theory, especially according to Pierre Bourdieu.
