The evaluation of interventions for dealing with residual climate risks is part of the DEval evaluation of climate change adaptation interventions. 'Residual climate risks' are those climate risks that remain after risks have been reduced through mitigation and adaptation. The object of evaluation here are interventions in the areas of risk pooling, risk sharing, risk prevention and transformative risk management. This part of the evaluation focuses on the relevance, effectiveness and impact of interventions for dealing with residual climate risks.
