Janis Schnell
Janis Schnell is working as an Evaluator at Deval since September 2023. He studied Sociology and Philosophy at the Bachelor level at the University of Münster and holds a master’s degree in Sociology and Social Research (M.Sc.) from the University of Cologne. In his master’s thesis he empirically investigated the access to education during the Covid-19 pandemic in Uganda. During his studies he already worked as a student research assistant at the institute. He was able to collect practical experiences in development cooperation during an internship at a primary school in Uganda.
