Angelika König
Angelika König has been working at DEval since October 2020. Previously, she worked as project coordinator in International Cooperation at the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) in Braunschweig. As project manager, she was responsible for the overall management and implementation of two technical cooperation projects in the field of biodiversity, environment and climate protection: a regional fund with Latin America and the Caribbean and a bilateral project with Guatemala. In addition, she led the PTB's international cooperation evaluation team in tandem, coordinated project evaluations and evaluated herself a PTB-project in Palestine as technical assessor.
Angelika König completed the postgraduate programme of the German Development Institute (DIE) and conducted qualitative field research in Vietnam on "The United Nations and Vietnam's Climate Change Challenge". Angelika König holds a B.Sc. in International Economics from the University of Tübingen and an M.A. in International Economics and Business from the University of Passau. She gained experience abroad in Brazil, Guatemala, Palestine, Peru and Vietnam, among others.
