Este manual de evaluación participativa fue gestado en el contexto de la pandemia del COVID-19, como expresión desde el campo de la evaluación. Frente a la fragilidad y los límites de la autosuficiencia, se propone rescatar la pluralidad de voces y perspectivas de las personas involucradas en los procesos de desarrollo.

Anhand der „Beschäftigungsoffensive Nahost“ der Bundesregierung untersucht das DEval, wie kurzfristige Unterstützungsmaßnahmen und Entwicklungszusammenarbeit sinnvoll verzahnt werden können, um die Lebensbedingungen der Flüchtlinge, aber auch der Bevölkerung in den aufnehmenden Gemeinden zu verbessern.

Evaluación de la Cooperación Internacional No Reembolsable en Biodiversidad y Cambio Climático en Costa Rica 2010-2018

The Costa Rican planning ministry Mideplan presents this first thematic evaluation from Southern perspective in the scope of the 2030 Agenda. The report is in Spanish and focuses on the topic of the “non-repayable international development interventions in the fields of biodiversity and climate change in Costa Rica in the period from 2010 to 2018”. This is the first time that a partner country has evaluated an entire sector of development cooperation, i.e. the activities of all donors in multiple SDGs.
