Rabat, Morocco: Leading Progressive and Contemporary Evaluation Practice
The IV EvalPartners Global Evaluation Forum presents an opportunity for EvalPartners and the wider evaluation community to craft a new EvalAgenda 2030, unpack and push forward key evaluation themes, including widening and leveraging partnership, and actioning the UN Resolution (A/RES/77/283) on country-led evaluation of the SDGs (adopted in 2023).

The IV EvalPartners Global Evaluation Forum presents an opportunity for EvalPartners and the wider evaluation community to craft a new EvalAgenda 2030, unpack and push forward key evaluation themes, including widening and leveraging partnership, and actioning the UN Resolution (A/RES/77/283) on country-led evaluation of the SDGs (adopted in 2023).
The Forum is organised by the IOCE and EvalPartners, together with the national VOPE in Morocco Association Marocaine d'Évaluation (AME) and other stakeholders such as governments, UN Agencies, VOPEs and key partners, including the Finland Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DeVAL) and the Independent Office of the Global Environment Facility (GEF). In Morocco, the Moroccan Parliament, the Ministry of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies, the High Commission for Planning and other departments have pledged their full support, with a session to be hosted inside the Moroccan Parliament.

La 4e édition du Forum international de l'évaluation sera organisée au Maroc (Rabat) du 26 au 29 février 2024. Elle est portée par l'IOCE et EvalPartners, en collaboration avec l'Association marocaine de l'évaluation (AME) ainsi que d'autres partenaires telles que les gouvernements, les agences des Nations Unies, les VOPE.
Il réunira également d’autres participants notamment, le secteur privé, le monde universitaire, la société civile et les médias.
La Maroc, pays d’accueil du forum, verra la participation des institutions clés impliquées dans l’évaluation telles que le Ministère chargé de l’évaluation, le parlement, le haut-commissariat au plan.
Cette édition du forum offre à la communauté de l'évaluation l'opportunité d'élaborer un nouvel EvalAgenda 2030, et vise à renforcer les partenariats et le réseautage autour des thématiques clés de l'évaluation, notamment la mise en œuvre de la résolution des Nations Unies (A/RES/77/283). ) sur l’évaluation des ODD adoptée en 2023.
