Kevin Moull © DEval

Kevin Moull is evaluator at the Competence Center for Evaluation Methodologies of the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval) since 2018. He has been evaluating German development cooperation in the areas of climate and energy, including climate change mitigation, adaptation, loss & damage, access to green energy and forest protection.
His expertise includes applying theory-based approaches and synthesizing evidence in complex evaluations. He holds an MSc in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
