Julian Friedrich
Julian Friedrich joined DEval as an Evaluator in November 2024. He gained experience in development cooperation at the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), Weltfriedensdienst e.V. and Madiba Consult. He studied Political Science and Sociology as well as Human Geography (B.A.) at the University of Bonn and Political Science (M.A.) at the University of Cologne. In his master thesis, he examined the individual conceptions of democracy among citizens of West Asia and North Africa (WANA). Before and during his studies, he worked on spatial monitoring at the Federal Institute for Research on Building, Urban Affairs and Spatial Development (BBSR) in Bonn.
