Helena Stadtmüller
Helena Stadtmüller joined DEval in 2017 and since then has been involved in various ECD projects (Foceval, Focelac, Focelac+). After completing her studies of geography, social sciences and natural resource management in Berlin, she worked as external consultant in the field of development cooperation.
Throughout her involvement in DEval’s ECD projects, Helena Stadtmüller has been responsible for the coordination of approaches to strengthen young and emerging evaluators, activities to strengthen evaluation networks/VOPEs (such as ReLAC, EvalYouth), support to national evaluation units and stakeholder networking, amongst others. In addition, she has coordinated activities to institutionalize ECD within Deval, by e.g. drafting a strategic ECD concept for DEval and supporting several evaluation processes in their efforts to integrate ECD.
Since May 2022, she is DEval’s ECD advisor to the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI), thereby actively contributing to selected GEI activities.
