Andrea Meneses Rojas
Andrea is a sociologist and evaluator with more than 15 years of experience in the field of evaluation. She has worked for DEval for eight years, contributing to the Foceval, Focelac+, and EvalConnect cooperation projects. Throughout her career, she has led and coordinated initiatives aimed at strengthening evaluation capacities for key actors in the public sector, academia, and civil society in Latin America. She has solid experience in training and advising multidisciplinary teams, promoting participatory, inclusive, and human rights-based evaluation practices. She has specialized in participatory, gender, and human rights approaches to evaluation and has assisted evaluation governing bodies in the region in incorporating and applying these approaches in their evaluation systems and processes.
