Institutionalising M&E at the subnational level: views from Brasil and Africa

[Em português abaixo] Webinar on the institutionalization of public policy evaluation in Brazil and six African countries (Benin, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and Uganda). The webinar will address opportunities and challenges for advancing the agenda of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems at the subnational level, offering lessons from research conducted by CLEAR LAB in Brazil and the organization Twende Mbele in the African context. The session will be moderated by the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval). It will feature simultaneous translation between English and Portuguese.
