Field of work:

DEval seeks support by one or a team of max. three sector expert(s) for the conception and execution of the evaluation “Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights”.

The contractor shall provide advisory services as well as verbal and written support to the DEval evaluation team throughout the evaluation process, beginning with its conception through to completion of the report. The tender has four main focus areas:

1. The written summary of scientific studies for the creation of a programme theory / logic model for this area of action as well as the reconstruction of project-specific programme theories / logic models;
2. Written context analyses (including vulnerability and stakeholder analysis) for three case-study countries, which are yet to be selected;
3. The written summary of scientific findings regarding the effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of SRHR interventions as part of the data collection for the evaluation;
4. The development of further written input documents in the context of other methods of data collection, depending on short-/medium-term needs of the evaluation team.

The estimated duration is from 01.07.2023 until 30.06.2025.
