DEval is conducting an Evaluation of Germany’s Feminist Development Policy. The purpose of evaluation is to promote transparency and accountability regarding the implementation of the German feminist development policy strategy. In addition, it aims to stimulate learning and contribute to the evidence base for feminist development policy.

Composition of the consultant team:

• One team leader
• One young emerging evaluator
• Parity in gender representation

The consultant team shall perform the following tasks:

• Data collection and documentation
• Data analysis, documentation of analysis and synthesis
• Logistical preparation
• Dissemination of results

The consultant team needs to demonstrate the following suitability and experiences:

• Completed scientific university degree
• Work experience in conducting data collection and data analysis
• Profound knowledge on human rights-based and/or gender/feminist approaches
• Work experience with human rights-based and/or gender/feminist approaches
• Excellent command of English and Hindi
• Current and permanent place of residency in India
