DEval is conducting a two-part Evaluation of Civil Society Development Cooperation. Starting in mid-2026, an evaluative study will examine the use of instruments for strengthening civil society according to partner country contexts. Subsequently, a strategic evaluation will take a comprehensive look at civil society development cooperation. For that purpose, DEval is looking for support to conduct a country case study in Georgia.

The consultant shall perform the following tasks:

• Data collection and documentation
• Data analysis, documentation of analysis and synthesis
• Logistical preparation
• Dissemination of results

The consultant needs to demonstrate the following suitability and experiences:

• Completed scientific university degree
• Work experience in conducting data collection and data analysis
• Profound knowledge of civil society in Georgia
• Excellent command of English and Georgian
• Living and work experience in Georgia
