How do we measure resilience?
Tuesday November 5, 2024
09:00 ET/15:00 CET to 10:00 ET/16:00 CET
Resilience is a key framework for understanding the risks associated with climate change and how to build the capacities of people and communities to manage them, yet there is no consensus still on how to measure it. This session will explore evidence from various approaches both to measuring and financing resilience. The discussion will be guided by the overall question of the potential for a common metric to measure resilience and its contribution to more effective climate action.
