23.03.2020 - Amélie Gräfin zu Eulenburg new Head of Department at DEval

On 16 March 2020 DEval welcomed Amélie Gräfin zu Eulenburg as its new Head of Department. She is an evaluation expert with a profound knowledge of emerging economies and the transition of private and public sector activities with particular regard to the economy/business and sustainability. Until recently she acted as ‘Senior Manager Evaluation EU’ at the KPMG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft AG in Cologne, where she was responsible for the solution ‘evaluation’ in the business field Governance & Assurance (G&A).

Ms zu Eulenburg on her new tasks: 'I'm excited about my new job at DEval and am looking very much forward to be working with my new colleagues in the field of sustainable economics and business. Indeed the degree to which it will be possible to merge economic activity with sustainability concerns will be key to the future. And I'm convinced that evaluation can be an important driver here.'

Ms zu Eulenburg will lead DEval's Evaluation Department for Sustainable Economic and Social Development. Planned tasks for the department include evaluations of sustainable economic development in Myanmar and the promotion of sustainable supply chains, as well as a meta-evaluation of cooperation with the private sector.
